Who we are

What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, password hash
- Children: first name, school, class, uniform sizes (with your consent)
- Delivery addresses and order history
- Payments handled by Flutterwave — we store references, not card numbers
- Support tickets and product reviews you submit
- Technical: session cookies and a cart id cookie (see Cookie policy)
Why we use it
- To fulfil orders and deliver to your address (contract)
- To link booklists to your child's school and class (contract + consent)
- To send order and support emails (contract)
- Optional marketing only with separate consent (we do not enable this by default)

How long we keep data
Order records are kept for accounting and tax needs. You can update profile, addresses, and children in your account. You may request export or account deletion — we retain anonymised order records where the law requires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
